Hines is seeking a Senior Analyst/Associate to join its Investor Relations team, which is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience to institutional investors, consultants, family offices, and other strategic investor relationships. This role will support the team’s efforts across investor servicing, communications, onboarding, reporting, operational execution, and cross-functional coordination.
The Investor Relations team sits at the center of Hines’ Investment Management platform, partnering closely with teams across Capital Raising, Fund Management, Finance, Legal & Compliance, Investor Marketing, Sales Management, Asset Management, and Enterprise Operations. Associates on the team help ensure investors receive accurate, timely, and thoughtful service while also contributing to scalable processes, consistent communication standards, and strong execution across a growing global investor base.
This opportunity is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented, service-minded professional who enjoys working across teams, managing multiple priorities, solving problems, and communicating complex investment information clearly. As part of the Investor Relations team, Senior Analysts / Associates gain exposure to a broad range of responsibilities spanning regional investor coverage, investor servicing, platform operations, onboarding, communications, reporting, and process improvement.
Supporting investor communications, inquiries, reporting, onboarding workflows, capital activity notices, presentations, and other recurring or ad hoc investor deliverables.
Preparing and refining high-quality investor materials that are clear, accurate, professional, and aligned with Hines’ messaging.
Coordinating with internal teams to gather information, manage timelines, resolve issues, and deliver a consistent investor experience.
Supporting investor portal, CRM, data, workflow, and documentation processes that improve team efficiency and scalability.
Contributing to cross-functional initiatives that enhance investor service, communication standards, operational consistency, and overall execution.
Minimum Requirements include:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
3 years for Senior Analyst, 5 years for an Associate of relevant experience in investor relations, investment management, real estate, finance, accounting, legal, operations, or a related client-service field.
Strong written, verbal, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail, sound judgment, ownership mentality, and commitment to follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Service-oriented mindset and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience with institutional real estate, alternative investments, investor reporting, CRM systems, investor portals, or process improvement is preferred.
