The Financial Analyst will support EverCommerce’s corporate Treasury team across daily cash management, banking operations, cash forecasting, and liquidity planning. This role will work closely with Accounting, FP&A, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, and business teams to maintain accurate cash visibility, support financial controls, and improve treasury processes.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, accounting, financial analysis, or a related field; strong Excel and analytical skills; and an interest in developing a career in corporate treasury. This is an opportunity to gain broad exposure to treasury operations within a growing, publicly traded SaaS company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily cash position reporting across multiple bank accounts, legal entities, and currencies.

• Support short-term cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and variance analysis.

• Monitor bank balances, transactions, fees, and cash movements, investigating and resolving discrepancies as needed.

• Assist with bank account administration, including account openings and closures, authorized signer updates, KYC requests, user access, and other banking documentation.

• Support payment activities, intercompany transfers, debt and interest payments, and other treasury-related cash movements.

• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Tax, and business teams to resolve cash-management and banking matters.

• Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities related to cash, debt, interest, bank fees, and treasury reporting.

• Maintain treasury controls, policies, procedures, and supporting documentation.

• Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, strengthen reporting, and increase automation.

• Participate in ad hoc treasury and corporate finance projects as EverCommerce continues to grow and scale.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting, banking, or a related analytical role.

• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, reconciliations, and financial analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the curiosity to understand processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with finance, operational, and business partners.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities in a remote or hybrid environment.

• Interest in cash management, liquidity planning, banking operations, financial controls, and corporate finance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a publicly traded, SaaS, or multi-entity organization.

• Experience with NetSuite, OneStream, treasury management systems, banking portals, or financial-reporting tools.

• Exposure to cash forecasting, bank reconciliations, payment processing, or treasury operations.

Where: Hybrid out of our Dever, CO office
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
