The Transaction Execution Group (TEG) provides fixed income deal execution advisory services across all industry groups globally. TEG sits within Fixed Income Capital Markets, and works closely with Corporate & Investment Banking, Legal, Compliance and Risk to oversee the entire documentation and execution process for Investment Grade and Latin American issuers, including pitches, transaction structuring, due diligence investigations, disclosure matters and settlement. As TEG works primarily on live transactions, this is a fast-paced environment and there is significant client interaction involved.
Responsibilities:
As a TEG Analyst, you will work on all aspects of executing fixed income transactions and will work closely with coverage bankers, syndicate, external and internal counsels, internal compliance, auditors and the client to ensure high quality, seamless deal execution.
