The
Investor Relations Senior Analyst is a great position for an early career professional who wants hands on training, responsibility, and exposure to Investor Relations and the retail real estate industry at one of the nation’s largest REITs. The Senior Analyst is a key contributor responsible for assisting in the execution of the company’s investor communication strategy. This role owns critical deliverables, provides analytical insight, and supports senior management and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with and support the Investor Relations and Executive teams in executing on the investor relations program, strategy, and outreach efforts
- Provides analytical support for the Investor Relations team including: Monitoring investment research and industry news; Assist with preparation of quarterly earnings and other disclosure materials including earnings release, investor presentation, and supplemental disclosures; Manage meeting logistics, and follow-up for all non-deal roadshows, conferences, and investor outreach efforts, including quarterly conference calls and property tours
- Portfolio level analysis including leasing trends, portfolio performance, market and demographic analysis, etc.
- Own peer analysis and benchmarking across relevant public REITs
- Oversee property tour coordination and manage preparation of necessary collateral materials
- Responsible for day-to-day oversight of the Investor Relations portion of website
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree; Investor Relations experience preferred
- Advanced Excel skills are a must; proficient in Power Point, AI applications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong research and analytic skills
- Well organized, accurate, and thorough; Able to produce error-free documentation, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- Self-starter with a drive to learn, grow and be a meaningful contributor to an impactful team
- A team player with a track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

The base salary range for this position has been established as $90,000-$95,000 PLUS participation in our annual cash bonus plan. This salary range represents the Company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
