Kei Advisors LLC is an investor relations and business advisory firm that has developed a sophisticated methodology, the Pinnacle Value™ Process, to help client companies create optimum shareholder value.
We accomplish this by closing the information value gap that often exists between the market’s perception of a company’s value and the company’s strategic competence and operational effectiveness. Kei cultivates management’s and directors’ credibility and relations with investors and analysts while developing for its clients' value-enhancing strategies for addressing capital needs.
Our process, which is customized to our clients' needs, effectively allocates resources to achieve recognition by the capital markets of the intrinsic value inherent in the organization. In addition, our unique process provides the metrics for evaluating progress and achievement.
Company History
Kei Advisors LLC was founded in 2000 by Deborah K. Pawlowski with Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP, a large Buffalo-based law firm, in July 2000. In January 2008, she acquired sole ownership of the firm. Building on a corporate background in investor relations, marketing, strategic planning and management, Kei Advisors’ has established a distinctive approach to IR — an approach that goes well beyond basic communications to include strategies that create value for its clients. The firm’s proprietary Pinnacle Value™ Process provides a means to close information gaps and better align the perceptions of the marketplace with the reality of client companies’ value. Kei has grown successfully over the years, as investors, analysts, directors and managements refer companies they know to us.
