Forum Investment Group – with affiliate entities Forum Real Estate Group and Forum Capital Advisors, LLC – is a Denver-based private real estate investment firm with expertise and an emphasis on multifamily investing. The firm buys, builds and finances multifamily real estate by accessing unique acquisition, development, debt, and credit/structured finance investments throughout real estate cycle and across the full capital stack. Forum has established a solid track record of high-performance investments that deliver reliable current income and build long-term value and appreciation for our investors. Affiliate entity Forum Capital Advisors, LLC (“FCA”), formed in 2019, is a registered investment adviser and manager of the firm’s fund investment vehicles.
Company History
Founded in 2007 by Founder & CEO, Darren Fisk, Forum Investment Group has an historical portfolio consists of more than $2.4 billion asset owned and over 14,350 multifamily units across 19 states. As we’ve adapted and evolved over the years, we’ve always stayed true to our founding spirit: to seize opportunity where others can’t and always do right by our
