Duane Morris LLP has an immediate opening for an associate to join its expanding practice with 2-3 years of experience with strong capital markets and corporate transactional background. It is essential that the candidate has amassed a thorough knowledge of Securities Act, Securities Exchange Act, preparation and filing of periodic reports, and public and private securities offerings. Experience with securities offerings, including CMPOs, RDs, PIPEs, and ATMs is preferred. Candidate must have strong drafting and negotiating skills; a desire for client contact and aptitude for doing deals. A strong academic background is required as well as meaningful law firm experience on sophisticated transactional matters. Flexible location where DM has offices (PA, NJ, NY, DE, DC, Baltimore) along with requisite bar in jurisdiction of practice.
The target annual pay range for this role is $225,000-$250,000. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris' total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
