A specialist real assets investment manager is looking to hire an Investor Relations Associate to join the London office. This is a great opportunity to work in a lean, high-visibility environment and support institutional fundraising across several specialist funds.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to three senior stakeholders across the Sales & Investor Relations department.
• Develop, update and enhance presentations for real asset funds, both for new business pitches and existing client meetings.
• Manage fund marketing materials such as teasers and sales decks.
• Maintain and update new business pipeline reports.
• Conduct market research into new target client sectors and mapping out prospects.
• Ad-hoc support with RFPs and DDQs.
• Assist with managing queries from institutional clients and consultants.

Requirements

• 1-3 years' experience in a similar Sales Support/ Investor Relations/ Client Services role within investment management is essential.
• Exposure to real estate, infrastructure and/or private markets is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
