The Investor Relations Senior Analyst will help execute Public Storage’s Investor Relations program and support broader corporate strategies in conjunction with the Investor Relations team. The Senior Analyst will be a key member of the team that communicates the company's strategy, financial performance, and competitive positioning to public market investors, sell-side analysts, and the broader financial community - working closely with the senior executive team to do so. The role will support these initiatives through advanced financial analysis/modeling, preparation of both external and internal presentations, and cross-functional project support. Additionally, the role will afford unique opportunity to interface with Finance & Accounting, Legal, Revenue and Marketing, Real Estate, and other internal departments in support of Public Storage’s corporate strategy, capital markets, acquisitions, sustainability (ESG), and other key initiatives. The Senior Analyst will also interface with the financial community, regularly review external financial models to ensure accuracy, analyze peer REIT performance, and evaluate shareholder outreach strategies/execution.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Real Estate or related field
Minimum 1-3 years of financial analysis-related work experience, preferably with buy/sell-side, investor relations and/or financial planning/analysis, or comparable experience
