About the Role

We are currently looking for a Managing Director to join our Financial Communications team. The Managing Director will be expected to develop and execute client engagements related to M&A, IPOs, spin-offs, SPACs, shareholder activism, C-suite transitions and business transformations, among other issue and event-based work, as well as ongoing Investor Relations (“IR”) advisory.
The individual will work with a team to service and advise clients and will also be a primary client contact for senior level investor relations officers and C-suite executives. The individual will also participate in new business development initiatives including directly pitching engagements as well as networking among potential referral sources. A successful Managing Director will be confident in an entrepreneurial environment, stay abreast of industry developments, as well as help continually innovate the firm’s offerings.
The individual will play a vital role in shaping the future of the practice. We are seeking an enthusiastic leader who sees the potential for a global consultancy to uniquely help clients navigate transactions in the era of stakeholder capitalism. As the practice reasserts itself in North America, this entrepreneurial leader will embrace a challenge, be eager to pursue new opportunities and ready to think creatively to realize growth.

Compensation
Minimum Pay:$198,000.00
Maximum Pay:$356,500.00
Compensation Disclosure: The compensation range reflects potential base salary for the role. Actual compensation is determined based on a wide array of relevant factors including market considerations, business needs, and an individual’s location, skills, level of experience, and qualifications.
