Emerson’s MBA Leadership Program is a four-year, two-rotation experience designed to develop the next generation of senior leaders. We are seeking high-potential MBA candidates to start the program as an Investor Relations Planner, a unique opportunity to shape the future of Emerson’s business strategy while accelerating your career.
As an Investor Relations Planner, you will work closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to execute highly strategic recurring and project-based assignments to connect Emerson’s senior leadership with the investment community. The position coordinates with the Vice President – Investor Relations, Director – Investor Relations, the Office of the Chief Executive (OCE), and other Enterprise and Business leaders to deliver messages about Emerson’s strategy and financial performance to financial analysts and investors. This role provides direct access to key company leaders and is ideal for future leaders who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are eager to make a measurable impact, and seek a broad developmental opportunity.
Rotation 1: Investor Relations Planner
Begin your journey at Emerson’s global headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri. Join the Enterprise Investor Relations team and contribute to high-visibility projects that support Emerson’s investor relations strategy and execution. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, analyze market and competitive dynamics, and help shape Emerson’s engagement with financial markets including buy-side and sell-side analysts. Participate in leadership development programs, executive mentorship, and networking opportunities. Minimal travel may be required.
