Role Overview
The Business Development / Investor Relations (BD/IR) team is responsible for serving the needs of Apogem Capital's existing and prospective client base. The Associate will play an important role in the firm's Private Credit activities, working closely with investment professionals and other members of the BD/IR team, as well as colleagues across sales, operations, business intelligence, and other functions, to support fundraising, investor relations, and product-related initiatives.

Salary range: $90,000-$120,000

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
