Job Description Summary:
As a Corporate Communications Associate at Kiss Beauty Group, you will drive the execution of communications that inform, engage, and inspire both internal and external audiences. This role owns a range of messaging efforts that reflect and reinforce the company’s strategy, values, and brand—ensuring employees feel connected and informed, while helping shape how we show up publicly across owned platforms and community channels.
While your primary focus will be internal communications, you’ll also own select external communications workstreams in partnership with the broader team. This role is well suited to an early-career communicator ready to take ownership of channels, build cross-functional relationships, and bring modern tools and sound judgment to how we tell our story.
Job Description:
1. Internal Communications
- Help create and execute internal communications aligned with Kiss Beauty Group’s goals, culture, and values.
- Draft, edit, and publish content for internal channels including newsletters, intranet, and Microsoft Teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to amplify initiatives that strengthen culture, recognition, and employee development.
- Maintain editorial calendars and messaging trackers; monitor engagement to inform content planning.
- Coordinate content and logistics for company-wide meetings, cultural campaigns, and employee moments.
2. External Communications & Brand Narrative
- Develop content for owned platforms including the corporate website, company blog, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor, ensuring alignment with brand tone and positioning.
- Contribute to storytelling efforts that bring our culture, people, and impact to life for external audiences.
- Repurpose internal narratives and employee stories for employer branding and corporate brand building.
3. Public Affairs & Communications Support
- Support corporate PR and public affairs activities, including tracking media mentions, coordinating press materials, and maintaining key message documents.
- Maintain and update core communication assets (e.g., company boilerplate, executive bios, fact sheets) and liaise with external partners or agencies as needed.
- Help identify and support select thought leadership and speaking opportunities in coordination with the broader team.
- Stay informed on industry trends, AI developments, and brand-relevant news that may inform future communications.
4. Owned Channels & Communication Tools
- Maintain and update content on internal and external platforms using tools like SharePoint, Teams, and CMS tools for other company platforms and pages.
- Prepare and schedule content for email campaigns and digital signage.
- Use generative AI tools to accelerate drafting, repurposing, and analysis, applying editorial judgment to ensure output is accurate, on-brand, and human.
- Partner with design teams or use branded templates to produce simple visuals and layouts.
- Track content performance across channels and support reporting and optimization.
5. Project Coordination & Cross-Functional Support
- Track timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups for campaigns and communication projects.
- Coordinate feedback and approvals across stakeholders, ensuring brand and tone consistency.
- Participate in planning sessions and contribute ideas, including how AI and new tools can improve communication workflows and measurement.

The anticipated compensation range is
19.25 - 36.55 USD Hourly
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
