Job Summary
Develop & transform treasury operations including liquidity management, cash forecasting, treasury technology, and process automation. Serve as a strategic advisor on financing activities, capital markets transactions, and stakeholder management. Lead the Company’s insurance program, including annual property and casualty renewals. Partner across the organization to improve working capital and the cash conversion cycle.MAIN POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish and monitor treasury KPIs, liquidity metrics, and forecasting accuracy measures
Own the Company’s liquidity and cash flow models, including the 13-week cash flow forecast, indirect cash flow forecast, and foreign exchange exposure models
Maximize utilization of treasury technology and ERP capabilities to support daily bank reconciliations
Support debt financing, refinancing, and other capital markets transactions
Develop and maintain financial analyses to support liquidity and financing decisions
Assist in preparation of lender materials, financing presentations, diligence requests, and transaction execution
Monitor debt covenant compliance and reporting requirements
Evaluate financing alternatives and market developments to improve liquidity, reduce financing costs, and support the Company’s capital structure objectives
Build and maintain capital markets transaction models evaluating debt capacity, pricing, leverage, liquidity, covenant sensitivity, downside cases, and overall capital structure alternatives
Lead transaction workstreams for debt financing and refinancing activities, including data rooms, diligence responses, lender Q&A, term sheet comparison, documentation coordination, and closing deliverables
Assist CFO with structuring and negotiating financing terms, including pricing, collateral, guarantees, reserve requirements, reporting obligations, and covenant frameworks
Manage interactions with multiple stakeholders including lender, banking, advisory, and broker relationships
Maintain strong relationships with external banking partners, rating agencies, advisors, and capital providers
Participate in strategic planning discussions related to liquidity and financing strategy
Partner with procurement teams for a beneficial FX hedging strategy
Support board, lender, and owner reporting, as needed
Lead the Company’s insurance program, including annual property and casualty renewals, broker management, coverage evaluation, and coordination of underwriting information
