As Volta scales its global AI infrastructure platform, our Capital Markets team is responsible for raising and structuring the billions of dollars in debt and equity financing that fund our data centers, powered land, and compute infrastructure. The Capital Markets Analyst will play a central role in supporting this effort, working closely with senior Finance leaders on live transactions that directly enable Volta's growth.
This is a high-visibility role for someone who wants to build deep expertise in infrastructure and project finance while contributing to deals that underpin The Utility of Compute™. You will help build the financial models, market analysis, and investor materials that inform how Volta finances its next generation of AI infrastructure.
You'll work cross-functionally with Treasury, Legal, Accounting, and deal teams, gaining exposure to complex financing structures rarely available to analysts at earlier-stage companies, all within a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
