Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Manage investor/analyst and internal IR communication projects (e.g., presentations, Q&A documents), including incorporating input from numerous stakeholders and ensuring on-time delivery
Manage periodic and ad-hoc financial projects, such as performing financial analyses, preparing guidance recommendations, analyzing shareholder targets, and providing updates on valuation, stock performance, and shareholder movements
Manage the planning and execution of investor events, including investor conferences, medical congresses, analyst and investor meetings, and non-deal roadshows, through collaborative interaction with executives and IR leadership
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the MiniMed business, including the ability to effectively understand and communicate key dynamics of the businesses’ financials, strategies, product pipeline, and competitive and regulatory environments
Provide timely and comprehensive insights to IR leadership and executives on analyst reports and news written on the company, competitors, and industry, including competitors’ earnings
Represent the company by responding to equity analyst and shareholder inquiries as needed
Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 8 years of relevant experience
Nice to Have
Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in equity research, investment management, investor relations, product marketing, strategy, or finance
Experience with the medical device sub-sector or healthcare sector
Understanding of public company financial statements, with ability to perform financial and investment analyses
Experience working with investors, senior executives, or other high-touch client groups; strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels; poised and persuasive with a high degree of confidence, diplomacy, judgement, and discretion
Quick study, flexible, adapts easily to change, thrives in uncertain environments, excellent stamina, and ability to execute even with limited direction
Ability to collaborate with others to get work done
Accountable to high standards; executes and delivers results at a high-performance level
Proven experience with process innovation and continuous improvement
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)

The position may require a few business trips each year
Location:
The position would be ideally located in either Northridge, CA or Minneapolis, MN
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$152,800.00 - $229,200.00
