The Opportunity
The Sr. Director, Procurement & Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) is responsible for leading the organization’s strategic sourcing and ESG initiatives. This role develops and implements sourcing strategies, strengthens supplier performance, and partners cross-functionally to support financial and operational objectives. To include development and implementation of sustainable strategies for EST compliance reporting.

What You'll be doing:
Include but are not limited to the following:
Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with corporate financial objectives, including cost optimization and working capital improvement
Lead enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives across direct and indirect spending categories
Build and enhance procurement infrastructure to support scalable, efficient, and compliant sourcing operations
Identify, plan, and execute system and process improvements to strengthen procurement performance
Establish strong internal partnerships to understand demand, service, and operational requirements
Develop and manage master services agreements in coordination with Legal and Finance guidelines
Direct and organize negotiation of business terms and conditions and manage supplier contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Enhance sourcing processes through development and implementation of vendor KPIs and performance measurement methodologies
Manage reporting and cost analysis activities related to purchasing, contract management, and vendor performance
Develop annual category management plans to proactively address third-party spending and strengthen supplier relationships
Represent the organization in real estate matters including leasing, subleasing, acquisitions, property management, workspace planning, and disposition activities
Define KPIs and equip internal teams to monitor performance against financial and operational targets
Formulate and execute Environmental, Social, and Governance strategies and policies aligned with company goals.
Establish Environmental, Social, and Governance reporting and compliance disclosure to meet investor expectations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements
Compliance and risk management to ensure compliance with environmental laws, labor practices, and human rights regulations.
Establish and maintain governance frameworks to monitor ethical standards and operational risk.

Minimum Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field of study
MBA strongly preferred
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in procurement, real estate, facilities, and sourcing.
Minimum 4 years' experience in Environmental, Social, and Governance-related data analysis, stainability, or related roles.
Skills and Abilities to be Successful in this Role
Demonstrated success leading complex negotiations and managing supplier relationships
Strong financial acumen and experience with cost modeling and analytics
Strong ability to influence and drive change, while sustaining internal and external relationships
Ability to interpret complex data, manage Environmental, Social, and Governance reporting software, and provide insights to senior leadership.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Experience with ERP or procurement systems preferred
