Our Co-Founders, Sridhar, and Zia have a combined 50 years in the real estate space, investment management companies, hedge fund investment. They have individually owned successful commercial real estate investment firms since 2007 and partnered together for over 12 years. Using their combined successes and lessons learned along the way, Sridhar and Zia envisioned creating a new company with a blank page approach. They wanted to be completely customer-centric, build trust, and delight every investor. They wanted to harness technology so that investors could be informed in real-time, have access to critical insights and documents, and make this part of their portfolio the easiest to do business with and hassle-free. Their dream came to fruition in 2018 when they founded OCTAVE in 2018.
